Atlanta - Prop 8 opposition rallies
There are two rallies in Atlanta this weekend to show solildarity and opposition to Proposition 8. One rally is at the capitol building, the other a candlelight vigil in mid-town.

Moving Forward?
Less than a week ago history was made. An African-American man was elected to the office of President of the United States. Although this was an incredible day in history, it also saddened me a bit that it took so long to happen.
What saddened me even more was the passing of California’s Proposition 8 and other propositions like it.
